I am dying to be in Italy, my Italy. I am painfully pining to walk and sit in the streets of Rome. And to be in the countryside at the start and end of each day. Italians! They are actually a lot like Texans - so wow! highly entertaining, fun to watch and listen to - eat, drink, and be with...but can also make you want to beat your head on a wall. Interesting sense of themselves as a people with a glorious past, I can't explain.
